first ceremony

it finally happened. i went to a guided ceremony in europe. it was a combination of kambo and iboga. the whole ceremonies were purely physical without any immediate visual/spiritual messages. they were very difficult. it has been a week now and i started a new way of eating and everything i cooked this week was great. so there we go, a real change, something to work with. i'm very glad and thankful.
my first piece of dried out dragon blood just fell off, 8 more to go

Good, just I would advice you not to cook much your food: 70% raw is better in my opinion.
