Tocosh: "Product obtained from fermented potato pulp, it is processed in a way that activates the natural antibiotic (penicillin), known as a preservative in the body.

They (the Incas) dug a pond on the banks of the river and introduced chosen potatoes as they were in a net of bunch grass ICHU (paja andina), once introduced into the pools, pressed with many stones and let river water coursing through space from 06 to 12 months. The water flowing through these wells began to transform the potato, the same as that generated a natural and very effective antibiotic.
