Does nu-nu have medicinal properties?

I'm interested in nu-nu but I've only read about it being used for hunting. Does it have medicinal benefits too?

i am more than certain that if it can be used to improve senses for hunting it can be used to improve your sensitivity to your illnesses, whats more one could "hunt" in the jungle of their body for "prey"(illness or disturbance)

i have not used nu-nu before.
