Liver & Gallbladder cleanse/ flush/ detox

Every morning on an empty stomach for a week blend:

8oz of water (I recommend sping water; find a spring),
8oz of juice (apple & or grape or lemon & or lime),
a piece of ginger about the size of the top half of your thumb (skin and all),
a clove of garlic,
and a tbsp olive oil.

Milk Thistle can also be added to this though not mandatory or in the original recipe.
It helps detox the liver, protects liver cells from toxins, and helps repair liver damage.

Apple & grape can be used during fall/winter and lemon & lime juice can be used during spring/summer.
This is when these are seasonal, and nature supports us intelligently during the different seasons.
Though it's okay to mix and match.
One benefit of lemon and limes is that you can use fresh squeezed juice using something like:
http://www.amazon.com/Joie-29403-Lemon-Juicer/dp/B0046IUM3C/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1358937882&sr=8-2
And if you are using organic (pesticides are absorbed into the outer skin), it is beneficial to throw a little piece of the peel in.

As you progress with the flush you can increase the strength to 2 tbsp of olive oil and 2 cloves of garlic.

This blend actually tastes pretty good. It is great for your body and immune system (anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-fungal, phytonutrients).
The ginger adds a nice zingy taste and is a great morning stimulant with no crash.

Follow this drink with 2 warm glasses of a quality detox tea 10-15 minutes afterward.

Then you can eat.

    • Is it possible that traditional cleansing methods are actually hindering our body's natural detoxification processes?
Could the emphasis on liver and gallbladder cleanses be masking deeper health issues? What if these practices are not only unnecessary but could potentially disrupt the body's own mechanisms for detoxification?

Если вы до сих пор не знаете, бананы – изумительная основа для полезного домашнего мороженого. Благодаря им можно обойтись совсем без сливок и других молочных продуктов. Никто даже не заподозрит, что в этот раз что-то иначе
