Hey Carylayn,
Wish I could answer you, but I do not have the knowledge for it.
Have you thought of contacting a Kambo practicioner directly?
For example on the IAKP's website you will find many many contacts with people who work with Kambo on a regular basis, but over there at the Kambo Healing Me people seem pretty knowledgeable as well.
