Complementary Modalities / Re: Dragons blood for treating nasal infections
« on: December 25, 2012, 10:18:53 AM »
Interesting and I appreciate the nuanced approach.  Somewhat of a discovery nonetheless.  I find adding chlorophyll is also a nice addition to the Neti Solution as well as an Ayurvedic Mixture I use.  Golden Seal is said to work well also.  But I haven't used Dragon's Blood internasally as of yet.  I use Dragon's Blood in my Enema's for good effect.

I find the Nasal cleansing to be extremely beneficial, I must admit I slack on it though.  I go through phases where I am quite religious in using it 2x daily, as well followed with Singado-tobacco tea in the nose treatments.

It makes me feel much cleaner having this regiment and it's rather surprising when I don't do it how quickly my nasal's get blocked up.

Cleansing the Nasal cavities is also good before Kambo because of how much they get blocked up from the medicine (one of the peptides I'm sure responsible for this).  If I had/have someone there to help me when getting treated more than likely it would be very helpful to shoot a syringe neti pot into my nose to clear the passages.

I would have posted this on the eboka.info forum but the subject at hand is too controversial and risky.  What I am going to try and pose in words is the translation from my experiences as well as what I intuit that the Bwiti(group in Gabon that uses Iboga as a sacrament) already know but don't tell us.

For me this is related to other entheogens ie Kambo and Ayahuasca (I don't know other entheogens very well) - (Hopefully Peaceful Warrior can comment on others and his experience with kissing death)

So I have had 4 floods and treated many others with Iboga.  I have also had about 40 Kambo experiences and I really have no idea of how many Ayahuasca journeys.  The experiences that had a long lasting effect that truly benefited me/AND ESPECIALLY OTHERS (treating them with Iboga/Kambo/Ayahuasca) were the ones where for a great deal of the journey I or the other felt like they were dying.  To achieve this state one must not take a little dose or what is "required".  To meet the plant medicines on this level one must be willing to go well and beyond the norm.

Case in point Iboga:
You will see all over the internet standard doses for Ibogaine.  First off I'm not going to talk about Ibogaine (because I don't work with 1 isolated alkaloid from the plant anyways) as well I feel it dangerous to pack so much dose into one take.

So I am talking about the whole composition of Iboga.  Some important things to note when taking large doses of Iboga TA, Iboga PTA, and Iboga RB --- Space out the dosage.  Always space out at least 10 minutes apart.  Never take too much at any one time as it could overtax the heart.

AGAIN CAUTION: NOT FOR THE MASSES: FOR SERIOUS HEALERS ONLY

The goal is to keep taking the Iboga until you can't take any more~This is the secret of Bwiti administration.  To go to the furthest reaches until one comes face to face with death.  Terrifying, intense warrior impressions.

This IMO/IME is the only way to truly be reborn by Iboga and other entheogens.  A lesser dose will certainly help.  But let's remember with medicines like Iboga when we speak of initiations, when you come out on the other side you should be completely reborn.

NOT ENOUGH - SYMPTOMS:
If you didn't purge=you need more
If you can talk/move=you need more
If your comfortable in anyway shape or form=you need more
If you don't have visions 100% of the time for 24 hours (From Iboga)=you didn't have enough
If can eat within 24 hours=you didn't have enough
If you can fully function within 48 hours=you didn't have enough

Again this is related with Kambo in having a dose where for a shorter amount of time you feel like you are going to die.  This from my experience is when the most benefits are reaped.

CAUTION: WARNING: ONLY FOR SERIOUS HEALERS-in terms of large doses.  Only those serious about healing others should be put in the capacity to administer Bwiti like doses.  For others a general dose can be found anywhere on the internet.  For the safety of these medicines I ask that this thread and it's contents be kept here.  High doses of Iboga can and will kill people if not administered by a well devoted and experienced Ibogaist.

More soul stice revelations on the topic and thanks for the helpful and thoughtful replies,
As of right now (actually yesterday afternoon) it occurred to me that a good way to make this happen is to get my Acupuncture License.  Of course this would take a lot of time and money but I can see some amazing benefits when combining this with my dream job, Kambo healing.  Then once the Acupuncture License is in tact I could begin combining this much more potent healing technique while having credentials in both ways.  This might make it possible to have a tangible development for creating a branch off of Acupuncture for Kambo healing.

Otherwise I might just not have the cred to make it happen.

Correction/Clarification to waiting 10 minutes.  Then what I forgot to say --- (Recommend) remove 3 of the old globules and apply 3 fresh ones.  The way I wrote it in my previous post was not clear.  Anytime.

How do you find customers?

I started by doing it for free, when results went really well for people then I saw a need to charge a fee as it is in my opinion taxing in both energy and time.  When I do it for free (for instance some poor folks don't have $ at that time) I feel slightly taken advantage of, to be fully and completely honest.  People take this sacred practice (IMO) for granted if it is free.  This is my experience at least.  Charging a fee makes them realize that it is something worthwhile (IMO/IME).

We live in a very entitled society.  I don't like that one bit and I also don't like energy sucking vampires that don't give back anything.  Causes me resentments which is not a place I want to go to.

Well I unwrapped my kambo and realized it came with it's own application stick. I started with 1 burn on SJ 5. A Self-applied allergy test. The kambo actually felt pretty good. I waited about 5 minutes or so and applied another. Same feeling of about equal intensity maybe a slight increase. Very Very warm, pressure and heart beat felt in the head, slightly accelerated heart rate. I wasn't prepared for a purgative dosage as I had ate a half an avocado beforehand, did not fast, and didn't drink lots of water. Anyway, I started to feel slightly nauseous and felt pretty comfortable with the kambo so far, So i chugged some water and applied 2 more applications at once. But nothing really happened. Did I build a tolerance to it from waiting too long?

When/if applying a second time to produce purging.  Always wait 10 minutes to either remove 2-3 dots and add fresh ones (recommend this) or add 2-3 new dots along meridian lines/points.  Because of this tendency I always pick out 2-3 extra points just in case the individual does not purge within 10 minutes.  Be natural though (my opinion on this one) and don't worry about timing it.  One must be in the moment and know, inherintly and intuitively what will happen and when to apply more.

After the first 2 burns after the feeling had mostly faded, i realized the feeling (warmth, blood pressure, nausea) would come back when I'd bend over or move into certain positions while doing things. Does anyone else experience this?
This is definitely the case.  I'm well known to be very different in the way I perform when I do Kambo on myself or have someone else do it on me.  It is an art in itself.  I move around all over, up, down, sideways, walk, SING SING SING to get it all out.  It is work and one is not going to get the most of it unless they work hard with the Kambo during the actual grueling ordeal.  It is very hard to encourage others to do this though.  I'm on my own on this one and don't expect others to put on a complete ceremonial ritual performance that would scare anyone.

Quote
i also used the back of the stick to mix a little gob of spit onto the lacquer-like coating of my kambo stick. to make kambo globules. I used the other side of the stick to apply the burns. Is this how you do it? Or do yous use your hands to manipulate the kambo into balls? I've read every post on this forum but some things don't stick.
No use a knife.  Small thin knife not a stick.  Use more liquid next time, the more liquid the better.  Personally I use a spray bottle to get my liquid going perfect.  Move from one Bamboo stick (your original Matses one) to another similar textured flat surface (Bamboo preferred).  Practice.  Be very attentive to the moment, very careful in how you make the globules, not to funny but communicate with them.  They form a life all of their own.  Practice before application.

Anyone have any technique to getting the globules on the burn without them sticking to everything else but the burns? lol
Yes you didn't use enough liquid.  The practice of Kambo application is an art form of sincere thought and intent.  Next time practice moving from one flat stick (your original Kambo/Matses Bamboo stick) to another one.  If it sticks and doesn't come off perfect and when I say perfect I mean if you applied it to a burn it would come off immediately direct and flat/covering the burn.  Like clockwork baby, sheer ninja style.  Ho hum.  More liquid practice. Knife.  Practice.  Stick to stick.  Take your time...ext.

I feel like we are on the cusp of something that could ultimately prove very beneficial for a much larger population.  Of course this increase in interest has it's positives and negatives.  With the solstice arrived I felt it an apt time to present some interests I have with working with Kambo.  Ultimately I can see it becoming a "legitimate" medicinal practice akin to Reiki, Massage, Acupuncture and other similar healing modalities.  What I am trying to get at is I see a coming (maybe soon) where the practice of Kambo can be more formalized into a certification process.  While this might sound controversial I would at least like to state the cause for this and then express an interest in the pro's and con's from others.

I can see if there could be a more public consensus type of certification for a Kambo healing practitioner there could be much greater accountability as well as connecting those that need healing.  This could also get word out about the infinite capacities of this medicine and finally get it recognized by alternative medicine.  I could see that practitioners could form cooperatives and alliances that would give back to native tribes as well as making sure that conservation is mantained for the Phyllomedusa Bicolor.

In my personal opinion there is no greater healing technique than Kambo and to have it in the shades, as it currently stands, is doing no justice.  While Giovanni Lattanzi (with the highest regards and respect) is able to make a profitable income with his Kambo healing, other practitioners (myself included) are not recognized by and large and therefore not given the proper energy exchange value that other healers are given.  For instance I currently charge $30 a session for Kambo and many times this produces great results, but I often have folks that seem reluctant to even pay that fee.  When I told Giovanni what I charge he told me it was way too cheap.  It's hard to explain that folks don't recognize the value of this healing technique.  So that would be another reason.

While I can see many arguments to this.  At least for now the seed is growing in me to see Kambo healing be a certified and verifiable practice rather than an avant garde fringe mystery.

Other's thoughts?  I would appreciate any input.  I put it in this catagory as I will be pouring my intentions into this, to see to it that this dream is realized in it's fruition materialized.

General Discussion / Re: What do you tell people about your Kambo points?
« on: December 19, 2012, 07:43:07 PM »
No, I don't know who that is.

I'm about to start a FB page though something like Turtle Island Kambo Alliance.  As it is I can't really publicize like that.  I really want to make these healing public though, like FB dates/ceremonies and putting up flyers in my local area.  The people I have treated have seen great results, just need to expand horizons and honestly make it profitable.  Not sure if anyone noticed but Giovanni is doing pretty well for himself with Kambo as the staple.

you don't orgasm the longer you go the more energy you have built up to the refined into infinite void, and this energy becomes and idea then a concept then it takes a life of its own and carries the same weight a new being would carry into the world

AHA!!! I've noticed this.  In fact I don't like to let go of jing because I notice the drastic energy loss.  And it seems to make for quite the entheogenic experience when one can make love w/o release.

Need more of this info's or to delve in with these simple 3 compounds.

Magic.  What more can be said.  I could go on for a book on this but best to just say Kambo is magic.  It decides and your job is to be attentive to it's frequency free quent see.

I never had much success with that technique to be honest.  For some reason only the thin bamboo sticks work perfect for me in having a sustained burn ext.

I'm a big fan of that company as they have the sister company "Sacred Succulents" where I get most of my medicinal seeds.  I also think it is very important that a woman be pleased beyond the man's needs.  Hence queens.
