Energy Cleansing (Treatment for "Panema") / Re: What is panema?
« on: May 02, 2013, 08:38:31 AM »
Bye bye Panema.  One good Kambo ceremony reinforces my faith in this ultimate of healing modality, IMO.  I feel like a different person today, healed at a deep level.  Yesterday I was sick and walking like an old man, today I'm happy and dancing with a zest for life.  I had asked Giovanni about my condition.  Upon the recent visit of my love I had spent my seed, so I followed his protocol.  I thought I would share with others his advice as I find it extremely relevant...

Quote
If your energy is low, kambo is the great medicine, my advise is to provide a serie of kambo treatments to yourself: 4-5 kambo sessions in 4-5 days. Every day in the morning one sessions. Give yourself time enough to reload your energy between two sessions. If you need 2 days of break in between respect the time  your body needs to rest before provide a new treatment. At any Kambo session increase the number of points and get closer to the heart, you could start by burning yourself on the extremeties, feet, legs, hands and getting closer at any session to the heart. At any session use more parts of the body  where to place the medicine. for instance legs, arm, spine, shoulders, chest. This wakes up a larger energy field through the body, try yourself and you will see the difference.

You can use the kidney meridian to place the medicine.
During the 4-5 days kambo session, eat what your body asks you to eat, avoid to overeat or to eat something your body doesn't need.

I hear from you,
Giovanni

I enjoy your writing and find it entertaining enough to read through, both here and on eboka.info.  Didn't know if you consider yourself a healer but I put your status as that, I felt you deserved something of the sort.

I had been diagnosed with migraines as a young child.  My symptoms seemed to be different than yours so not sure if what I said is applicable or not.

Before Kambo stopped the migraines dead in their tracks (it's been 2 years since I had one) Iboga always caused migraines, yes.  Even very small amounts, which made it hard to take Iboga even though I still did.  My first flood I swear I had an ongoing continuous migraine for a week straight.  The flood healed me at a deep PTSD level to which you spoke of, not of war but for a different circumstance.  I too do Kambo for similar reasons although I must say it has taken on a religious like propensity or ceremonious regularity.

The Process / Re: "Purging" - what exactly does this mean?
« on: May 01, 2013, 03:06:11 PM »
I do intensive enemas before hand followed with a rather large amount of Rape'/snuff from the amazon (which in itself cleanses).  Even still hours after the Kambo I will have to do the 'Kambo shit', it smells god awful of puss of some sort of toxin, I have no idea.  So in essense no way around this necessary part of the process.

For me it is a message to wake up and parallel with healing crisis.  I'm quite eclectic in including every possible cause for why it occurs from time to time or for long durations, basically anything and everything and not one thing.  I know for sure that unless I take the complete and utter responsibility for what is occuring then I will not be able to get through the issue.  If any fingers are being pointed and blame is happening then the panema will continue.  Until one is able to take full responsibility for all of their problems and issues then they will have no ability to deal with panema.

It can occur from such a vast range of possibilities and that is my understanding of life, it's everything.  Overall I see panema as a great wake up call and acknowledgement to not take life for granted, to not take people for granted and so on and so forth.

Interesting enough I am having panema in the form of a strange sickness or virus currently.  Because I haven't been sick in 2 years it is also humiliating.  I can look at the range of possibilites for the cause and see that every one of them created an effect.  But overall it is that I was not being conscious enough in my waking life to fully appreciate life itself.

Finally I have the energy today and will power to deal with this sickness or panema head on whereas for the past 2 days I went to work got through it and did very little to deal with my panema.  So today I will get home and attack with a variety of cleansing methods leading up to an intensive Kambo ceremony.  Hopefully it will work out for the best and I can realize the miss takes I was making and choose to do better for myself and those around me.

I guess it depends on how aggresively you wish to attack...

3x3 Kambo followed with 1gr of finely ground wood.  Then next morning 500mg of wood and evening 500mg of wood.

Or 7 days straight of Kambo and at the end 2gr of finely ground wood.

Either way should produce dramatic results but the 3x3 does something magical where the Kambo synergizes with itself.  Kambo seems to want to bond with medicines and take them to great heights, and Kambo compounding Kambo is in itself quite extraordinary in this ability.  It is very ultra difficult to get through.  Has nothing to do with toughness or machismo or anything of that order more akin to sheer desperation.  For me my migraines were getting so bad and frequent that I was willing to do anything.  Once I had the intuition that Kambo would solve the issue at hand I went ahead with the necessary measures.  The first treatment required general tentitiveness and nervousness so frequent in Kambo ordeals, but after that the auto pilot took over and I simply was the passenger.  Could I do it again?  Likely not unless I had a severe issue of illness or issue of desperate measures and/or I had a fellow healer to help me get through it.  I recommend it but at the same time you can understand that I can't recommend it because of how freaking hard it is to get through those most difficult 3 hours of life.

isn't there a matter of tolerance?
Somehow at least for me the 3x3 didn't seem to have tolerance but instead stacked on itself.  But doing it for consecutive days has always built up tolerance for me.  So usually if I do it consecutive days the next day I will need at least 1 more dot and at times 2 more dots to achieve full on purging.

If you do the 3x3 based on your tolerance it would likely look like this...
5dots, 5 dots, 7 dots.  The final increase up to 7 is in effect to take it far beyond rather than to be on a similar level as those previous.  It will be extremely harsh and if your like me will turn very visionary in it's effects for at least 4 hours following.  Make sure you don't have to work for 2-3 days following as your body will be spent.  Consider the physical drain to be on the level of an Iboga flood in terms of recovery time.

If you do consecutive days it would look more incremental. For example...
Day 1: 5 dots
Day 2: 6 dots
Day 3: 7 dots
Until your reach the standard high point level.  For instance I doubt I will ever need or could withstand more than 13 dots as I am similar to you in being extremely sensitive to Kambo.

My ultimate recommendation:
Take no Iboga until Kambo 'cures' you of your cluster headaches.  For me before Kambo 'cured' me of my migraines, Iboga ALWAYS caused migraines because of the head pressure intensity that it causes.

I can only encourage such efforts.  I would like to especially encourage Peaceful Warrior, he has done many advanced studies in reporting via PM form, I hope we can believe and know that such things are possible.  As you can imagine people are pesstimistic in his studies which discourages him sharing.  I can only say that I'm a believer.  I think there was a misunderstanding or maybe not.

I think every time PW has it sublinguilly he has the EO's as well.  So many PM's he has shared that they could be a book.  I'm very grateful for his efforts and I hope we can be optimistic as this will help him share more.  I know for myself when people doubt such risky and avante garde experience-meants it makes me not want to share.

Sorry for my delay in PM'ing back in promptness my brother life has gotten too busy to make clear responses ATM.

I'm sorry for the lack of clarity on my part.

Just 500mg-1gr of Root Bark before hand for me.  And then afterwords I have the TA or PTA.

The RB ahead of the Kambo seems to help send the gut pain to my third eye.  Also helps with the singing which overall helps me get through it.  I just got sick for the first time in 2 years and am gonna have to get the Kambo smack down as a punishment soon.

Introductions / Re: Hello!

Greetings and welcome,
Your Kambo should be fine still.  Kambo always makes me feel better but I have no experience with clinical depression and treating with Kambo.  Iboga is the best Panema breaker for me personally and Kambo is a great lead up.  All of what you wrote would point to such a protocol as being the potential key to unlocking your true nature.  Of course one would need to gradually ween from all pharmies (IMO) before consulting Iboga seriously.  In general there are no contraindications with Kambo so training with Kambo should be fine.  As you ween off of pharmies you could gradually take minute amounts of Iboga RB in preperation for a flood (eboka.info as the resource for that info).  That is my personal take, others will feel differently and many on here have had success with Kambo training and Ayahuasca.  Please note that such training with Kambo and Ayahuasca is in my opinion even better preperation for an Iboga flood.  Caapi/Muricata/MAOI's are natural antidepressents in there own right as well.  If taking an MAOI don't take Iboga though as it can be dangerous.

Sorry for the muddle I have to spit out info quick because of ultra limited internet time today and tomorrow.

My question is this.... do they work well together if I do them in the same day?... (Kambo in the AM and ibo in the PM)
or would it be best space them out ? or  doing the TA right after the Kambo?

TA in ml or do you mean mg?  confused me.  Yes they work well together the same day.  I like the Papa Kambo Papa, doing about 500mg with lecithin, enzymes and bioperine first thing when I wake up.  Doing enemas.  Then about 3-7 hours after the Iboga intake I have the Kambo.  Then afterwords I have only the TA (about 500mg of homemade TA or homemade PTA (which by PTA is what you have if you got it from Iboga World I just make it purified on my own same basic alkaloid content).  I'm super light weight and sensitive to both medicines.  To be honest it makes me feel like a fierce spiritual warrior.  Wouldn't want to wrestle me that's for sure when I have these sacraments together.  Wild Bwiti.

Honestly if Plant Buddhist doesn't chime in here I would suggest PM'ing him on this, he has gone down the Rabbit's hole with this combo.  In general I like the relationship with Kambo and Aya a bit more as it get's me in touch with the Huni Kuin Kambo Paje' spirit which I think is dormant in all of us Kamboists but comes out with just the right synergistic buhm.

Yes you do!  It's nothing like Nu Nu, in fact I don't really like NuNu but I LOVE RUMA/rape'.

I'm sure I'm not the only one to get addicted to Rape'.  I found I was doing it 3-5 times a day which was too much for me and I thought about it too much.

I couple of weeks ago I had only 800mg of homemade Iboga TA and it made it so I didn't need Rape'.  This was quite miraculous in how effective it worked.  The 2 medicines also work quite well together but since I put intentions to curb my appetite for Rape' I think this increased the effect.  Then I didn't have Rape' for 3 days which was not really possible before the booster.  I then found that I could choose when I wanted to do Rape' or if I wanted to reenter my study with it.  I decided to and when I did I very instantly noticed that my tolerance had been reset.  Back to starting at square one, pretty nice.

Are you familiar with Helminthic therapy?  It's on the wacky side but quite welcome for this set and setting.  I first heard about it on Radio Lab 3 years ago, here is a Wikipedia reference...

Quote
Helminthic therapy, a type of immunotherapy, is the treatment of autoimmune diseases and immune disorders by means of deliberate infestation with a helminth or with the ova of a helminth. Helminths are parasitic worms such as hookworms and whipworms.

Helminthic therapy consists of the inoculation of the patient with specific parasitic intestinal nematodes (helminths). There are currently three closely related treatments available. Inoculation with Necator americanus,[1] commonly known as hookworms, or Trichuris suis ova (TSO),[2] commonly known as pig whipworm eggs, or inoculation with Trichuris trichiura ova,[1] commonly referred to as human whipworm eggs.

Current research and available therapy are targeted at, or available for, the treatment of Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), multiple sclerosis, asthma, eczema, dermatitis, hay fever and food allergies.

Helminthic infection has emerged as one possible explanation for the low incidence of autoimmune diseases and allergies in less developed countries, together with the significant and sustained increase in autoimmune diseases in industrialized countries.[3][4][5][6]

Incidence of autoimmune diseases and parasitic infestation

While it is recognized that there is probably a genetic disposition in certain individuals for the development of autoimmune diseases, the rate of increase in incidence of autoimmune diseases is not a result of genetic changes in humans, the rise of autoimmune related diseases in the industrialised world occurring in too short a time to be explained in this way. There is evidence that one of the primary reasons for the increase in autoimmune diseases in the industrialized nations is the significant change in environmental factors over the last century. Environmental factors include exposure to certain artificial chemicals from industrial processes, medicines, farming and food preparation. It is posited that the absence of exposure to certain parasites, bacteria and viruses is playing a significant role in the development of autoimmune diseases in the more sanitized Western industrialized nations.[7][8]

Lack of exposure to naturally occurring pathogens and parasites may result in an increased incidence of autoimmune diseases. This is consistent with the hygiene hypothesis.[3][9] A complete explanation of how environmental factors play a role in autoimmune diseases has still not been proposed. However epidemiological studies, such as the meta analysis by Leonardi-Bee et al.,[3] have helped to establish the link between parasitic infestation and its protective role in autoimmune disease development.

Genetic research on the interleukin genes (IL genes) shows that helminths have been a major selective force on a subset of these human genes. In other words, helminths have shaped the evolution of at least parts of the human immune system, especially the genes responsible for Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis and celiac disease — and provides further evidence that it is the absence of parasites, and in particular helminths, that has likely caused a substantial portion of the increase in incidence of diseases of immune dysregulation and inflammation in industrialized countries in the last century.[10]
Theoretical explanation

Although the mechanism of autoimmune disease development is not fully defined, there is broad agreement that the majority of autoimmune diseases are caused by inappropriate immunological responses to innocuous antigens, driven by a branch of the immune system known as the TH1 type immune response. Extra-cellular antigens primarily trigger the TH2 response, as observed with allergies, while intracellular antigens trigger a TH1 response. The relationship between these two types of immune response is a central theme of the hygiene hypothesis, which suggests that there is a regulatory action between the two types of response. However, the observation that allergies and autoimmune response are increasing at a similar rate in the industrialized nations appears to undermine the hygiene hypothesis.

A refinement of the hygiene hypothesis, which overcomes this apparent contradiction, is the "old friends hypothesis."[11] The old friends hypothesis modifies the hygiene hypothesis by proposing that T regulator cells can only become fully effective if they are stimulated by exposure to microorganisms and parasites that have low levels of pathogenicity, and which have coexisted universally with human beings throughout our evolutionary history. This theory has recently been given more credibility by a study demonstrating the impact of infectious organisms, and helminths in particular, upon genes responsible for the production of various cytokines, some involved in the regulation of inflammation, in particular those associated with the development of Crohn's Disease, ulcerative colitis, and celiac disease.[10]

The hygiene hypothesis proposes that appropriate immune response is in part learned by exposure to these microorganisms and parasites, and in part regulated by their presence. In the industrialised nations, humans are exposed to somewhat lower levels of these organisms. The development of vaccines, hygienic practices, and effective medical care have diminished or eliminated the prevalence and impact of many parasitic organisms, as well as bacterial and viral infections. This has been of obvious benefit with the effective eradication of many diseases that have plagued human beings. However, while many severe diseases have been eradicated, humans' exposure to benign and apparently beneficial parasites has also been reduced commensurately. The central thrust of the theory is, therefore, that correct development of T regulator cells in individuals may depend on exposure to organisms such as lactobacilli, various mycobacteria, and helminths.[6] Lack of exposure to sufficient benign antigens, particularly during childhood, is sometimes suggested as a cause of the increase in autoimmune diseases and diseases for which chronic inflammation is a major component in the industrialized world.
Research

Helminthic therapy with both hookworm and TSO has been investigated in research published by the University of Nottingham[12] and University of Iowa.[13]

Helminthic therapy is currently being studied as a treatment for several (non-viral) auto-immune diseases including celiac disease,[14] Crohn's disease,[15][16][17][18] multiple sclerosis,[19] and ulcerative colitis.[20]

Hookworms have been found to reduce the risk of developing asthma, while Ascaris lumbricoides (roundworm infection) was associated with an increased risk of asthma.[3]
