Kambo & Other Sacraments / To reveal or not to reveal and how to do so?

like seriously guys Kampum and others really need to jump on one another and try as much as possible to keep me from making posts, the more things i have to explain the more pain you will be FORCE FED, and the closer human beings come to living inside a hornets nest, do you understand what i am saying yet?

I'm afraid I personally don't understand.  Your free to post as much as possible and it would do no harm IMO, people can take what they like and not what they don't like (the gift of forums).

Please be careful though to realize your on the same earth in the same time as the rest of us.  We're all here now.  We all have many unique qualities to share and much baggage to purge/unload.

This topic was accidentally moved and not merged with the thread which is here...

Kambo & Other Sacraments / Re: kambo with dmso

PW:
I have always wondered why the messages have been vague.  My recent experiences with the medicines have led me on a very practical path and needing evidence for claims.  It seems that the vagueness is somewhat of a temptress and pulls one in but there is certainly no way to follow up without thorough explanations and rationale.

To me the most intriguing nowadays is:
How do we use these sacraments to support and grow our family and community?  And if it doesn't touch on that level I basically have no interest anymore.  I had a switch flicker on this past year and am personally no longer drawn to the romantic allure of these advanced techniques if they have no integrative quality in my every day life.  I personally don't have the luxury to read long complicated threads/messages if they are not going to be explained in a well grounded way.

At the same time I personally encourage you to post whatever you feel as long as it is respectful to all.  The problems I see in your recent posts is treating others as different.  More than likely they have figured out a thing or many that you have not in their practical life (which is the most important in my opinion).  So we all have a lot to learn here.  Clearly your writing is unique and quite spectacular, so I'm always intrigued by what you have to say and your take on these medicines and life.

I certainly don't want any drama here and blame no one for it occurring but if at all possible to remain civil (and not become like 99% of other forums).  So far we have been able to keep it real and immune here and I think it would be best if we kept it at that level.

Especially PW if you have ideas if you can ground them as best as possible and not use the more celestial argument to ask the frog/Kambo.  That is in fact not a logical analysis and things need to be rooted in the earth with some clear explanation.  If you cannot do so then we can just move on and presume it was not a factual basis of reasoning.  If you have explanations for your findings than it is important to site sources and/or your intuitive reasonings.  Otherwise it comes off as insulting when you just reply like this...

ask kambo what he/she thinks of "taurine"

I don't mean to talk down to you but clearly this is not said in a friendly manner and what PC was trying to find is your evidence not just to ask Kambo (which would likely lead to many assumptions rather than one fact).  Glad to have you back around but please take time if you do write to bring some factual information.  We may be smart but we need some evidence to prove that you have adequate leads.

I'm not sure how Kambo would work in a burn with DMSO to make the globules.  Also is possible for Colloidal Silver to help.  Of course it would work, and possible be an improvement.  I only tried it without doing the burns and whether it was all in my head or not, I thought I received bad luck from that experiment.  But the burns I think would give permission to do this technique.  Peaceful Warrior had ideas about Vitamin B12 I think to improve it as well, but I'm not sure if that experiment was ever taken up or for the exact reason of using Vitamin B12, it's in the threads somewhere.

I personally see no issues with advancing techniques, nor do I see it as disrespectful to the indigenous people.  I had an Iboga vision about 2 months ago that showed me all the indigenous plagues they have afflicted on themselves (not to mention what others have done to them), and that opened my views up quite a bit that they don't have everything right all the time.

I got very disappointed when I read about the virus dangers and I wondered if there could a solution to this problem because to my opinion the kambo/dmso treatment might have great potential  in the case of cancer. (I was by the way very surprised and found it hard to believe that a virus could survive in the vicinity of kambo.)

The virus danger could be just hype.  I never reacted much to that.  Mainly it came from people snuffing Kambo which is practically a separate genre.

You could ask the Kambo, that is true, but not all celestial questions are easy to ask or hear.  Maybe a more grounded approach of conducting experiments would be best and using your own well founded logic (which is already apparent to us all IMO).

I don't wish to create drama with PW's responses, he is a genius in his own right, and I don't sweat the stuff in between.  Very unique all together original observations he has that brings some nuance.  I don't eat all the food, but what I can digest.

What is Kambo aka Sapo? / Re: Kambô pronounced Com-Bo
« on: August 02, 2013, 09:08:54 AM »
Com like a .com and the bo yes like bolivia.  Unless these people confused me more, but I would think they have it right because they have spent a lot of time in Brazil and done Kambo there.

How did you find out that it is pronounced Com-Bo

From Daimistas that have been in Brazil and spent much time there.  At first I tried to debate it, but it proved fruitless once different parties from Brazil pronounced it the same way...Com-Bo.  Then I felt really stupid dous.

On more than one occasion he has suggested that I stick my fingers down my throat to get the purging started even though each time, I knew instinctively that I was going to purge so just shook my head and waited. Its never taken me more than 3-4 mins but for him that's almost too long a time to wait.

Personally I advocate against doing this.  I do not (ever) allow people to do this, it is against indiginous practices (not that they are always right) and it just doesn't feel right for me.  IMO/IME things should move naturally.  If people try or suggest to put a finger down the throat, I will immediately prevent them from doing so.  It is not allowed in ceremonies that I conduct.  That is my way at least (and that used by indigenous peoples) and maybe it can serve as a native reference point.  Or alter native or whichever fits, just purrr spective.

I have to agree.  It is especially a sensitive (spiritual) individual that receives visionary missions from the frog.  Many of the addicts that I treat purge a lot but whine and complain.  It is far more mutually beneficial to treat an entheo that is receptive and able to bring something back in reciprocal nuance.

General Discussion / Re: Physical differences after doing kambo

I very much resonate with what you say, and frankly always have.  I too have this happen even for weeks at a time.  It creates an innate sharpness as well I would say and this is also reflected to the outside world.

I'm on board with this as well!  Thank you for the initiative.

He recently updated his webpage and oddly enough it directly addresses your inquiry...

Sacred tobacco takes another form known generally as rapé.

Rapé is the general name given to medicines that are grinded into fine powder and the blown into both nostrils or snorted. Most rapés are made with tobacco and other ingredients. All tribes that work with kambo uses at least one type of rapé. There are also very powerful and visionary medicines that can be considered rapé like yopo or virola which contain triptamines.

We have been working  exclusively with rapé from the yawanawa tribe that is prepared with lots of prayers, respect and lots of focused attention and intention to be a helpful medicine. This medicine is composed by sacred tobacco and the ashes of a tree known as tsunú, which is consider to be one of the most used trees as remedy for many ailments.

This is not to be taken recreationaly but with purpose.

We often offer and recommend rapé during kambo ceremony in different ocassions, in order to triggger or deepen the purge and exit of all the toxins that the organs are releasing when is not happening by itself, we also offer it when we think  there is more to purge  and in smaller doses when the person is still a bit “out” after the ceremony.

Rapé can help in many ways and the spirit of this grandafather assists us in helping us move the energy that is blocked or when we feel stuck during ceremony with kambo and with ayahuasca.

We personally use it in every ceremony to use the force that the medicine gives helping us to hold the space for our brothers and sisters who are receiving it.

My friend that got me into Hop-A, Adrian Rivas (http://spiritofkambo.com/) told me that if people didn't purge I should blow snuff for them to help.  But I don't know if that is an indigenous practice as well or if it is more his adaptation (he's quite the inventive and well rounded healer in his own regard).

For me if they don't purge after 10 minutes, I remove 2 old dots and add 2 fresh dots.  If they don't purge after that within 5 minutes (in reality thought they should almost purge ASAP after those 2 fresh dots if it's gonna work) then I give them 2 new burn marks and 2 new dots.  Only once have I had to do more than this to make them purge.  In this situation you almost can't take no for an answer and you just have to insist that they need to purge.  They will try to resist but from my experience if they don't purge there not happy in the end and also they try and lecture you that you should have made them purge.  So might as well learn from my experience and make sure they purge fully.

I've tried several batches from several companies and have not had a positive experience with nu-nu.  Periodically I try again and keep that door open but these effects you mentioned...

but a great deal of negative effects (headaches, nausea, fatigue).

Are what keeps me diving into Hop-A from Acre and not the snuff from the other side of the border.

Journals / Ordeals / Re: Finally took the plunge..
« on: July 26, 2013, 02:10:06 PM »
That's certainly a nice, normal and even gentle start.  I tend to go fairly hard at people when treating them, coming from Giovanni's school of "show no mercy".  But I believe many like a more gentle experience lasting 15-30 minutes.

It would also be beneficial to do 5 points again but this time on applicable meridian points.  But if not on meridian points or/and on general meridian lines, then you would likely need 7 dots to attain the necessary bile purging.

My greatest treatments have been on myself and the deeper I go (last time purging for 3 hours), the more benefits I get.  But I would say this sort of hardcore treatment is for a very small segment of the kambo population.  I've had visions that my treatments are much more along the lines of what the indigenous peoples do in Kambo initiations.  What I mean is possible the 100+ dots that the Katukina/Yawanawa/Huni Kuin do to initiate people with Kambo may very well be comparable with 12-14 dots on meridian points.  Meridian points are much more powerful, and very related with what comes out and how much of what comes out.  i.e. 10 meridian points on the liver will overstimulate the liver bile to have black bile and even blood coming out.  Such a thing will reset nearly the entire digestive system but is extremely arduous and painful during the experience AND the recovery process.

So in essence if your not being treated by someone with experience it is always best to side with caution and to be gentle on yourself.

The swelling was extremely normal.
