I actually swallow as much of it as I can sniffing it through little by little, than it comes trickling down my throat and I swallow and takes me deeper.  The tribes actually sometimes blow both nostrils and then change to a different blow pipe and blow directly into the mouth.  So your right on with your intuition.

How many eyes do you have?  God only gave me two so it's more of a risk for me to lose sight.

Have you had any long term effects yet from these intense treatments?
Silly question so you get a sillier response...wrestle me and find out!  It's all about performing at the optimal level and the way Kambo makes you receptive to subtleties.

Would you recommend people gradually going for this level if they are healthy enough?

With guidance.  Whether people like it or not Kambo is moving to a more responsible level and given over to protection in the hands of serious practitioners.  More and more we are moving in this way to prevent any casualties.  So a DIY approach on this level I would not recommend, but having someone that has already been through this level treating you then yes I think it is ok.  DIY approach would be best for more moderate treatments.

I'm just wondering if these overly intense treatments might be a little too much for the body or if it is worth it in the end
Kambo is the Lion of the Amazon in my opinion it comes to conquer all ailments and dispel any insecurities to make for well being.  So to answer that question just see how the Kambo world unfolds in a responsible and mature manner.  It will happen we have good people in place to take charge and protect the medicine.  It's already happening and a very confident approach I take when viewing this modality and it's relationship with the humans called (seriously called) to take part in it.

Kambo & Iboga / Re: Iboga eye drops

Just do Sananga it is precisely for this treatment.  Iboga is a relative and has many extra alkaloids and is not used by the Bwiti for the eyes.  Don't you think if it was for the eyes the Bwiti would use it for this reason?  They use other plants for their eye drops but never Iboga.  I was open minded to this approach before I really thought about it, now I think it is dangerous and when Sananga is already here why go making things more complicated?  Or it's the western way to always try to make things more complicated and advance upon the set formulas that have already been tested.   This forum is set up by the Nexus but I stop posting there because in general it's too all over the place for my tastes and people could get very confused with such an open approach.

You can find all over this forum and others where you can get it.  My lord just google 'Kambo for sale'.  That's the main issue I have with this question, do some research and stop expecting others to do your groundwork.

I've changed my personal policy with good input from Giovanni Lattanzi and Galega to where I only can sell Kambo to (1) people I've already treated and taught how to do it (2) or a legitimate Kambo practitioner.  Also as pompous as it may sound but I will no longer reply to the question of: "Where do I get Kambo".  It's all over the net on where you can get Kambo as well as we've gone over it several times on this forum.  As well some are trying to really jack up the price on Kambo so make sure to check around and get it for a reasonable price (under $60).

Anyways it doesn't exactly fit into this thread but in a certain way I feel it does as what I'm trying to discourage overall is people doing Kambo that don't know what the pluck there doing.  Not everyone is fit to apply Kambo and Galega makes very good points on this.  I hope this is another chance to drive that point home.  Anyways I'm tired of people asking me for Kambo or where to get it when I have no idea on how much research they have done or there true intentions.  It would be reckless for me to continue selling it to people that I haven't applied it to already.

Thanks,
K

Those are extremely powerful!  LV4 is a must for me personally when going for these.

Quote from Galega which brought up her Flying Kambo treatment technique:

My personal favourite is 3 treatments in 2 hours - I think most people would be knocked out after it but I find it totally invigorating - its like flying afterwards - I love it!! Experienced users only though - You should try it Kampum - 15 or so points to start is enough. I actually think its easier just to go from one to the next immediately after the purge and a short rest to drink more water than to stretch it out over 3-4 hours.

Maybe the size dots I do are larger, I can't imagine doing 15 dots and then doing another treatment right after, but I will likely try it before the year is out.  I really appreciate this new technique, I'm sure we'll have people trying it here.

Its an old Greek word used to imply Melancholia but it does not exist in the human body.

That's not true, it's known in Chinese medicine (which is why I asked an Chinese herbalist) and Ayurveda (which is why I asked an Ayurvedic practitioner).  They were not surprised by this and said it all came from the liver and gall bladder.  I think the humours were spot on and propaganda of allopathic medicine tried to make there teachings seem irrelevant.  I find them actually to be quite accurate in reference to the bile.  Also in Anthroposophy which Rudolf Steiner started it is held up in this tradition of the biles.

just not to the point where your oesophagus is bleeding!

I'm quite sure it is from my liver and gall bladder.  I've talked now in length with an Accupuncturist who is also a Chinese herbalist and an Ayurvedic practitioner.  Both said it is fine for me to purge black.  It is not the esophagus though I'm almost 100% sure.

Application / Re: Ember Vine

Sorry for confusion.  No I just meant the way he applied it was by 'painting' it on, not just sticking the stick in, but more painting it on to remove the skin.  I will try to refind a Katukina video on how they do it.

Journals / Ordeals / Flying Kambo treatment and Black Bile Controversy
« on: August 20, 2013, 08:18:51 AM »
I can only do one treatment lately as it leads to black bile deep deep.  No way I could do more than one doing full treatments.  I would have to do 3 light treatments in that case.  Maybe is ok if I don't purge for my first 2 and then on the third going major?

Who can and can't do Kambo? / Re: Depression
« on: August 19, 2013, 04:19:24 PM »
The Daime is a very special path, the particular medicine is unique to the tradition, especially catered to the Christ inside.  I love my own brews too, but I am a Daimista at heart.  I hope you enjoy your experience and look forward to hearing more.  This above all else has the potential to greatly assist your depression but you will have to be committed to that path, and that path is for very few people.  It is said that the Daime is for everyone but not everyone is for the Daime, that sums it up best.  I have learned so much from this tradition and it has become the cornerstone of my medicine practice.

Should I try three kambo treatments in first 3 hours?

Out of the 8 people I've had sign up for a 3x3 treatment only 1 made it through (in 6 hours), only 2 made it to 2 treatments in 4 hours.  I'm the only one I personally know that has done a 3x3.  I doubt I can ever duplicate it.  Takes some major courage.

I think we sometimes forget that we're working with a poison here. I had a recent client (healthy, young, male)at a circle who had a massive reaction to his first point - so much so that I had to take very fast action to keep him breathing. Imagine if someone had stuck several points on him and not known what to do? He would have died for sure! This is only the second person I have seen react in over 900 that I have treated but it happens!

I really appreciate your points here on this  ;D, I do wonder though having been recently treated by someone who trained with the Yawanawa, it seems the indigenous are rather casual in the way they do it.  What I'm mainly referring to is he didn't stay with the individual he had treated and moved onto the next person to treat, I was very surprised at this but also had seen videos of the tribes doing similar things.  Only after 15 minutes of the treatment he left us to attend to other duties, was fine for me, but definitely not my style.

I think (at least for me) it is important to give complete care to each individual before moving onto the next person to treat.
