Acupuncture & Acupressure / Re: Locating Meridians
« on: August 14, 2012, 02:17:49 PM »
Once I applied Kambo on the heart meridian on the forearm, between HT3 and HT4.
At that time I was not using the acupuncture criteria, it was only to try a different location.

I discovered that some parts of the body are not very suitable for Kambò because that area was a bit more painful than the upper arm or the chest, the skin and the tissues are more sensitive and it remained swollen and sore for a long time.
So be careful...

Just wait until kambo enlightens you about kambo...or has it already?  Did you do your thing this morning?  Everytime I do it I have to tell myself to go slow and take it easy and the ever-present omnipresent shaman takes care of the rest.

Not yet. Its ordered and will arrive any day now but I have it planned for next week. I think the spirit is speaking to me through synchronicity already. After seeing 33 everywhere for days, I was the 333rd person to watch this video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=akFMIhCeQJ0
The last time I experienced it, a voice in my head told me I had to go to the jungle and purge my soul. At the time I thought ayahuasca, I didn't know about kambo back then. It'll be a long time before I go to South America but I hope to purge my spirit of panema to some extent sooner than that.
I wish you the better !
... and probably ayahuasca is already not so far from the corner of your home...

Sharing of the Healers / Re: * healing ? * ? * healer ? *
« on: August 14, 2012, 09:41:43 AM »
I prefer always remember that healing comes not from the healer but from the Great Mistery and the body (... the immune system ?) of the ill person itself. I read a statement by a great apache shaman who said " I have almost the power of a dead chicken;D; that to say he attributed to himself not more than 10% of a successfull healing, the rest comes from God and the patient; he added that the shaman is often the only one  believing to the possibility of the patient to be healed, in other words the shaman gives credit and support his will.

It is proven that love and self esteem can greatly potentiate the reaction of the body to deseases: it's the enthusiasm of living which can make a big difference !

I love to ear these interesting results ; thank you.

... kambo greatly remedies his symptoms (which were caused by a viral infection) but did not completely cure the problem. He says it was iboga (or the combination of the two) that completely cured him.

According to Hygenism's approach to health, viral infections are not really infections, because viruses have not the capacity to reproduce themselves, being them already dead cellular garbage consisting of broken DNA. The presence of virus is only the prove that toxins are killing cells at a great rate. So I think kambò purged out the toxins from Gio's body, diminishing the viral charge because poisoned substances and methabolites  were no more doing damage to his liver cells.

DMSO i would avoid for some reasons I don't remember but that  emerged on http://herbs.maxforum.org/ which relate to the administration of essential oils ( probably it inhibits some enzymes, ... and stinks).

The body try to repair the burns quickly so I think after a while the skin holes are not suitable for the best absorption.

I have no idea about the effect of  applying kambò on wounds or grazes: lymphatic system is the route we learned by the natives and for me it is enough.

Sorry to be not of much help.

I accept that it works,  but I doubt that "a primer on how kambo relates to meridians" exists.  ;)

Can anyone point me to a primer on how kambo relates to meridians. I recently started going to an acupuncturist so I'm pretty fascinated by how it might relate to kambo.
I doubt it exists: i guess it's all empiric stuff.

General Discussion / Re: Does kambo contain an opiate?
« on: August 09, 2012, 04:23:54 AM »
Yeah. It contains dermorphin which is a mu opioid agonist around 4000 times as potent as morphine. It also contains dermorphin, one of the most selective and potent delta opioid receptor agonists known to man. Selective mu and kappa opioid agonists have been known for a long time but selective delta agonists are relatively new. I think the first one discovered was dermorphin. Now they have plenty of synthetic ones. Interestingly, it inhibits the respiratory depressant effects of mu opioid agonists so they could be added to opioid analgesic preparations to make safer opioid drugs. When people die of opioid overdoses, its due to hypoxia (since they stop breathing).

WOW ! thank you for these infos.

For the white dots to disappear i had clues (from other people) it needs about 3 years.
Then your method uses some mucose absorbtion: right ?

Natural alternatives to dragon's blood are many: your own urine in my opinion is the best method to heal quickly, because you can apply it regularly,  everytime one needs to pee; also is useful the Neem extract, or Magnesium Chloride ( don't touch it with metals !), or Jurema ( !!!), or curcumin from tumeric, or some raw leaves from one of the many antinflammatory plants you could have around, as ribwort ( works wonders and fast on any lesion) ,  or common Salvia, Mint, Mallow etc. ( ... or Cannabis !)
I suggest to use these herbs macerating them previuosly in your mouth to squeeze out the juice: it's easy and quick, and the saliva is a good carrier for the vegetal oils, enzymes, vitamins, minerals and the like.

It could be that kambò drew out old toxins, releasing them in circulation into the blood stream  ?
It's a common consequence of many systems of purification.

they answered that a new stick will be given to me the next time I make an order from them.
Good.

The stick I opened today, bought from Maya some months ago, had resin barely enough for 10 dots. I paid it about 60 euros, when the previuos stick I purchased from the same vendor the previous year was finished after at least 40 dots.
Do you think I've reasons to complain ?
Have you ever puchased sticks from Maya and how much dots they lasted ?

it's easy to build a self-blow device using sealing wax and cotton yarn, with the angle and the lenght suited for your nose\mouth dimensions.

tobacco is a vasoconstrictor so the nostrils would be opened  because the turbinates can no more be filled with blood.
try less nu-nu
About the moon i've already said my opinion.
