Yeah, I understand what you mean. I can't imagine even being able to get $30 out of most of the people I know for it. The idea of even charging for the things I hold most sacred to my heart is an inner-conflict. How do you find customers? I know a few friends that would be willing to experience it but none that would be too happy about me asking for a decent amount of money. I also can't help but feel that if this gets to publicized the powers that be will eventually begin attacks on it. But maybe it's been long enough. maybe the right time is now. maybe it can help support our species and it's evolution in the coming times. There's also only so many things people are going to be allowed to be taken away in the name of protection and freedom. So I think it's a worthy risk to stand for what you believe in.

Journals / Ordeals / Kambo: 1rst time/questions
« on: December 20, 2012, 03:50:02 PM »
Well I unwrapped my kambo and realized it came with it's own application stick. I started with 1 burn on SJ 5. A Self-applied allergy test. The kambo actually felt pretty good. I waited about 5 minutes or so and applied another. Same feeling of about equal intensity maybe a slight increase. Very Very warm, pressure and heart beat felt in the head, slightly accelerated heart rate. I wasn't prepared for a purgative dosage as I had ate a half an avocado beforehand, did not fast, and didn't drink lots of water. Anyway, I started to feel slightly nauseous and felt pretty comfortable with the kambo so far, So i chugged some water and applied 2 more applications at once. But nothing really happened. Did I build a tolerance to it from waiting too long?

After the first 2 burns after the feeling had mostly faded, i realized the feeling (warmth, blood pressure, nausea) would come back when I'd bend over or move into certain positions while doing things. Does anyone else experience this?

i also used the back of the stick to mix a little gob of spit onto the lacquer-like coating of my kambo stick. to make kambo globules. I used the other side of the stick to apply the burns. Is this how you do it? Or do yous use your hands to manipulate the kambo into balls? I've read every post on this forum but some things don't stick.

Anyone have any technique to getting the globules on the burn without them sticking to everything else but the burns? lol

So i never purged but did get some nausea and movements in my bowels. I also had some little glittery glitchy surreal gold visuals.

let me know how it works out for you Plant. I'm thinking of ordering some. I've never heard that blue lotus balances all your chakras. this seems pretty amazing. Upon googling I found this site which says "Lotus flower (a master healer-balances all Chakras & soul)" But they appear to mean a seperate lotus from blue lotus. as they also mention blue but not as a all-chakra balancer. maybe they are referring to white/sacred lotus. Idk if these are significantly different at all tho?

Do yous have any recommended vendors within the US for Dragon's Blood? I already ordered Kambo from Sonoran Song. But they didn't have Dragon's Blood. I don't want to wait weeks after receiving the kambo for it because it's an international shipment.

Precautions / Just ordered Kambo
« on: December 12, 2012, 11:30:05 AM »
Hello all,

I just ordered some kambo from Sonoran Song. I've not done this yet but couldn't wait any longer.
I'm excited to begin my journey with Kambo. I started this thread to seek a bit of guidance.
I'll start with a question. The Dragon's Blood. Why is this used?
From what I understand, it helps to heal the burns well, providing an antiseptic like bandage over the wounds.
But people say it helps fade scarring right? Should I use this if I want to keep my markings?
If it can fade scarring it must have some sort of growth factors??

Kambo & Rapé / Nu-Nu Snuff / Singado internasal tea / Re: Singado

How do you keep this fresh kambo? I started freezing vine and cacti brews cause they would get mold growth. But I use singado frequently and don't want to have to de-frost each time before use. I thought that tobacco itself was anti-fungal. I opened my glass jar of singado today and got hit with a funky odor and cloudiness which seemed to run up along the glass as a mold growth.

I guess I need to look up some anti-fungal herbs and make a brew of them. and keep it around to add to whatever i need such as in my singado.

Packing
Quote
This method is uncommon in the West, but has traditionally been used in Africa. A cut is made diagonally and an inert material such as clay or ash is packed into the wound; massive hypertrophic scars are formed during healing as the wound pushes out the substance that had been inserted into the wound. Cigar ash is used in the United States for more raised and purple scars; people may also use ashes of deceased persons

From Wikipedia's Scarification page.

But I don't want raised scars and I guess that's what it is used for.

Application / Kambo: leaving it's mark

Does anyone know what kinds of powder is used in scarification. Where the lacerations are made on the skin and then powder is rubbed in to help the scarring process remain permanent? I figure this could be used on kambo burns to keep them from fading. I would possibly like to do this.

it will facilitate more ibogaine.
Quote
if you wanted to cycle ibogaine alone without noribogaine effects (or very little noribogaine) you would do the same thing but make sure not to take valerian and instead ON the day of the cycling you would take strong CYP2D6 inhibitors at the same time as the ALDH inhibitors, in both set-ups you take the piperidine or dimethylamine 45 minutes before the ALDH inhibitors.

Well you've heard of coffee enemas. the caffeine in the coffee is supposed to release toxins from the liver. However I like guayusa, which also contains caffeine, much more than coffee. It has a very high ORAC value (antioxident value), is less harsh on the stomach than coffee, is less acidic, gives way better energy. better, long lasting smooth energy. not jittery or edgy like coffee. So for these reasons I use Guayusa a lot. But I also do use coffee because the harshness on the stomach caused by drinking it which makes me have to go to the bathroom, could be a good thing for enemas. It could be a stronger cleanse. I don't get the bad side effects of coffee when used in an enema.

Senna Pods are used as a natural fiber. The constituents of the plant cause a gentle laxative effect.

Cancer Bush is an overall great medicinal plant. A panacea.

Cat's claw is also amazing for all kinds of things. A quick google brings up:
reduce pain and inflammation of rheumatism, arthritis and other types of inflammatory problems.
have anti-tumor and anti-cancer properties that inhibits cancerous cell formation.
promote the healing of wounds.
be useful for treatment of gastric ulcers and intestinal complaints
help to relieve chronic pain.
enhance immunity by stimulating the immune system.
help people experiencing stomach and bowel disorders, including colitis, Crohn's disease, irritable bowel syndrome, leaky bowel syndrome, gastritis and duodenal ulcers, intestinal inflammation.
help fight both viral and fungal infections such as Herpes and Candida

Cacao contains caffeine and theobromine which possibly works in the same way caffeine does. It is also high in magnesium. Epsom salts are used for the magnesium. I think it contains a certain kind of magnesium tho, magnesium sulphate which contracts the gallbladder. And also has normal magnesium which is used as a muscle relaxant. Cacao could have this later benefit. Cacao also contains lots of nutrients.

MSM is used as a detoxifier.

Kola Nut is another caffeine plant.

Seaweeds like Spirulina and kelp can be used for detoxing radiation and heavy metals. But this could be a little sketchy as a lot of the seaweed materials could come from heavily polluted areas and could be high in things like arsenic ect.

Apple Cider Vinegar has been  used as a successful remedy for a number of ailments, including a method of dissolving internal stones.
Apple cider vinegar contains over forty vitamins and minerals.  It releases toxins from the liver and gallbladder and has helped, people with high blood pressure, and many other problems. Other ailments helped by consuming apple cider vinegar are people with high cholesterol, insomnia and fatigue, liver and kidney problems, asthma, plus many more.

Lemon juice and Apple cider vinegar are cleansers. You can even wash your windows with them. But when consumed they are alkaline-forming. If I understand how it works, it's because the acids in them are weak, easily eliminated, and cause an alkaline reaction in the body like the formation of calcium carbonate. Hopefully these are alkaline forming when used in enemas as well. We want to alkalize our bodies. The western diet is way too acidic and acidity causes a range of problems like cancer, diabetes, heart disease, heartburn, acid-reflux, ect.

Using regular water is a waste IMO when you can add beneficial herbs and superfoods. Just don't use any substances that aren't pure. for example don't use senna pods if shit is added to it like artificial orange flavoring and aspartame, ect. ect. Try to use organic substances. Don't use coffee filter papers when preparing your enemas teas because they could contain traces of chlorine and bleach to make the paper white.

You can Google the benefits of the ingredients we named. Also try Googling the name plus the word enema. I've done this with a lot of the ingredients I use and have found histories of these things used like Shilajit (mineral supplement, detoxifier) in ancient Ayurvedic medicine. I have found people or scientific publications exclaiming the benefits of the said ingredient. like Colostrum has been shown to heal Ulcerative Colitis when used in enemas.
