Complementary Modalities / Kambo Plus Enema
« on: October 31, 2015, 03:51:34 AM »
Pre- and post-Kambo enemas have been talked about here before, as well as enema information in it's own respect. And I believe I have mentioned this but feel it warrants it's own thread.

While not trying to undermine the power and significance of a full traditional Kambo purge with or without pre- and/or post Kambo enemas, I'd like to draw attention to a protocol where one Kambo point is used. Localized on the stomach. It can also be done on the locality of the liver or gallbladder or any of their corresponding meridians/points.

An herbal enema is prepared. No enemas containing mineral oil or any other synthetic or unnatural ingredients. The tea should be hot but not so hot that you can't leave your hand in it without burning.

One Kambo point is applied and the enema is then administered with the Kambo globule still applied. A deep enema is done first. This position is on the knees, back arched, head sideways on the floor. Then one or more flushed done lying on the right side to cleanse the bile from the liver and gallbladder.

The Kambo assists the enema by excreting toxins into the elimination pathway of the bowels. In the the amount of time and ease compared to say, Kambo and/or a 3 or more day fast with enemas, I know of nothing that can cleanse you as deeply. Don't underestimate the strength of one Kambo point with this protocol. The herbs in the enema tea along with the flow of energy expelling down and out assist the Kambo in being quite strong. I get flushed and slightly frog faced. It is quite surprising, but no excessive drinking or vomiting is necessary.

I also want to warn that one must be careful about the herbs they use as there is quite a strong synergism. One should use herbs that are not known to be toxic. For instance, I use mapacho in enemas, which can be dangerous in itself. But I have experience working with it. With the Kambo this is intensified and I can feel a slight strain on my heart and a stronger and accelerated heart beat.

Results may vary but it has been a great and useful protocol for a quick Kambo-assisted cleanse. It even has the traditional Kambo effect of bringing my dreams back stronger for a while after. This can help your Kambo supply to go a long way and can help resist the over-harvesting of Kambo in the future. It is a sacrament, and as such, consciousness should be allotted to it's protection.

General Discussion / Re: kambo and anxiety
« on: September 25, 2015, 12:51:51 AM »
I don't really think that kambo will be a direct cure for anxiety, but I think it could perhaps help you a little. Kambo is an ordeal, a rite of passage, in the same way a strong spiritual psychedelic experience is. These type of experiences mature you and build character and mental strength. These type of experiences are lacking in our society and that void is what causes people to wanna join the military and become cops, imo, and kill and control people. If there were more personal tests of self, people would seek less in controlling / oppressing others. Don't mean to rant.

So I think that it helps build mental strength and transcendency. It will also help you to feel better, clean and comfortable inside, which makes you feel a lot more positive. I have heard a lot of accounts, for example of kids behavior changing from one negative extreme to the other after a major diet change. So I would say you should go for it if you have the means. It is a healthy, positive, and novel experience that you will hopefully find improves your state of being. Whether directly effecting anxiety, or giving you an edge on it as a side note.

hope this helps.

Diet before and after / Re: Not feeling great after two of three sessions
« on: September 25, 2015, 12:36:25 AM »
If you feel that your up for it perhaps go for the fourth session. Can you wait though for the healer you preferred? I would guess that you had such difficulty from releasing toxins and especially in the case of not purging. With major healing I really like the metaphor of really opening somebody up, meaning to get their energies to express outward, meaning a strong purge of energies and toxins.

I would recommend to avoid the things in your diet that you felt bad about consuming, though I think you are correct in stating that it probably didn't effect the kambo treatment much. Still, lighter clean foods and lots of water aids the detoxification process. I consider that purging from the south end is still purging, but that pain you felt in the stomach was most likely something that was needing to be purged, and perhaps it has since been.

Sorry for the late reply. Thanks for sharing and good luck.
Glad you are feeling better and look forward to your next update.

Internet Security / Internet Security Walk-Through v3.1
« on: August 25, 2015, 03:36:15 PM »
People seeking info on another forum inspired me to write a tutorial for internet security and privacy. Writing this consumed me for the past week and it turned into a mini Ebook. I am not an expert but have started taking a strong interest in the subject for the past couple years. I'd like to share the info with users of drug education/harm reduction communities as well as alternative medicine communities who might be want to incorporate these protocols. FYI, it is quite long.

Edit:

v1.1 Updated with some small revisions and a 'EXIF Data: "Geolocation"' Section.
v1.2 Small revisions, added a disclaimer, SSH tunneling, Public WiFi dangers, rewrote open-source router firmware section to include OpenWRT and LibreCMC.
v1.3 Small revisions and blocking webcam.
v1.4 Encrypting plaintext/passwords with a compressed archive (tar or zip).
v1.5 Added details on KeePassX for password storage and encryption. New software highlight: Demonsaw for anoymous p2p filesharing. Added details to downsides of VeraCrypt and why I recommend other ways for password encryption.
v1.6 Added Which phone apps to give permanent root access and KeePass encrypted passwords on phone.
v1.7 Added browser extensions for Chromium, Firefox and Firefox mobile. Extensions to block flash from automatically loading and playing on pages unless you click to play. This blocks flash exploits and ads. An extension to remove URL link referrer/redirect and takes you direct to destination. Remove the middle man and tracking. (e.g. Facebook tracks in that way). An extension to block Web RTC leakage. This is a bad vulnerability. Sites can use Web RTC to unmask your local IP behind anonymizing software like a VPN, SSH Tunnel, and Proxy! Removed Blur extension (unnecessary and closed source). Enhanced extension download URL links section.
v1.7.5 Setting TextSecure as default SMS messenger.
v1.7.6 Minor revision
v1.7.7 Saving KeePass password database in an encrypted zip on a personal USB drive.
v1.8 Bitcoin, Perfect Forward Secrecy (PFS), Wickr preferred to Telegram
v1.9 How to get Bitcoin, Email section rewritten (current email protocols leave much to be desired, link comparing and contrasting providers), Fix Url Links Redirect extension breaks some pages, difference between an unlocked and rooted phone.
v1.9.5 Ublock can simply be set on Firefox and Chromium to stop WebRTC leakage, How to block third-party cookies in Firefox, Cyanogen Mod's system profile triggers allow you to set your lock screen to go on when you leave the house and your car and to unlock when you get n your car or get home.
v1.9.6 mailvelope, added info to delete FB, & possible need to reactivate phone with service after new firmware/OS install.
v1.9.7 Note on opting out of Google sync: In CyanogenMod you can export and save your contacts list to storage, making it unnecessary to use Google for it.
v2.0 DNSCrypt instructions for Windows & Ubuntu, video tutorial for darknet markets, increase the cryptographic strength of your PGP key, encrypt your backup hard drive, Ephemeral Messaging, Choosing a Bitcoin wallet, Bitcoin Mixing, Tips.
v2.1 Cyanogenmod update cautions, esp. major version updates; bitcoin tumblers--replaced Bitcoin Fog recommendation with BitBlender and Grams Helix. BitcoinFog has a reputation for selective scamming; Netflix support for Chromium. Updates since 2.0 highlighted yellow.

Kambo & Other Sacraments / Re: A New Paradigm: Tobacco Disinformation
« on: August 18, 2015, 07:56:20 AM »
I use The Powermatic 2+ elecrtonic cigarette roller I spotlighted above. (http://youtu.be/vHy5zOCVzj8) $68.50 on eBay.
I buy this brand Organic tobacco. http://windycitycigars.com/kentucky-select-pipe-tobacco/ $22.48
^^you get 2.66 cartons worth from one bag.
and I use unbleached tubes off amazon. http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B00A4E3HP2/ref=sr_1_1_olp?ie=UTF8&qid=1439897873 (5 cartons - $20.78)

This is the perfect combination. The company that makes the roller is pretty awesome. They give a year warranty on it and a lifetime warranty if you buy bulk additive-free tobacco through them. It came with free gifts: an expensive looking watch (I know nothing about watches and don't wear them; doubt it's worth much), a plastic cigarette case, a plastic manual hand cigarette machine, some plain and menthol cigarette tubes, information sheets with data on the added chemicals in regular cigarette and pouch tobacco. And send me some papers in the mail every once and a while with their deals.

Once you've already purchased the roller, that works out to $65.74 for over 5 cartons of organic fresher-than-any-cigarette-you've-ever-smoked natural cigarettes.

General Discussion / Re: Kambo twice in one month?
« on: July 14, 2015, 05:05:31 PM »
Sure, that's not a big deal. Just listen to your body. If your seeking more healing and cleansing go for it. If you feel you need a break and rest from it, do that. they're people who have done it a lot more than that. some have done 3x in 3 hours.

Precautions / Re: Airway Passages swelling shut??
« on: July 07, 2015, 03:44:02 AM »
Maywort, those are all normal reactions to Kambo.

The posts in question that you guys are referring to can be located here:
http://kambo.me/smf/index.php?topic=280.msg1751#msg1751
and
http://kambo.me/smf/index.php?topic=280.msg1759#msg1759

I had a discussion about this with Galega via PMs. I seem to have deleted all but one of them.
Read the first 2^^ first, but here is his response:

"Almost! You have to first wash off the Kambo with water to remove all traces. Then keep them as upright as possible and tell them to inhale slowly but only through the nose down into the belly and exhale only through the nose in a long slow blowing motion. Kambo closes the throat but almost never blocks the nasal passages fully until either the head is hanging down over a bucket or the purging has begun.

If they can't manage this, lie them down and do gentle Mouth to Nose - yukky I know but necessary in this case. Mouth to mouth doesn't work if the throat is swollen closed.

With luck the effects will reverse within 60 seconds of removing the Kambo so you don't have to keep this up for long. The biggest problem is panic!

If all else fails, grab your scalpel and do an emergency tracheotomy!  :)"

Hope he doesn't mind me sharing a private message, but in the interest of harm reduction.
And this reiterates his first post I linked to about the importance of respect & training, especially in regards to treating others.

hope this helps
cheers! =)

General Discussion / Re: Kambo After Surgery
« on: May 10, 2015, 07:01:57 PM »
The question that comes to mind, is there anything artificial that has been or is to be put in during the surgery that the body could reject?
Kambo will boost the immune system in a way that will cause it to reject things more readily, like an embryo or fetus.

No, there is no issue with this.
Enjoy the experience and the health benefits of the natural springs.  ;)

Though used by traditional people around the world for thousands of years, borage is not the type of nutritive tonic herb that one would want to take regularly over a period of months. Rather, it is more of an occasional acute remedy for acute fevers and might be considered safe to use as a sole agent for no more than three to seven days maximum. Other ingredients include mucilage, tannin, traces of essential oil.

Dandelion
Parts Used: Whole plant
Energy and Flavors: Leaves are cool and bitter, the root is bitter, sweet and cool
Systems Affected:  Liver, spleen, stomach, kidney, bladder
Biochemical Constituents: Lactupicrine, a bitter principle, tannin, inulin and a latexlike substance, polysaccharides, carotene
Properties:  Alterative, cholagogue, diuretic, stomachic, aperient, tonic
Dose:  Standard decoction or 10-30 drops of the tincture
Used For: Liver problems, urinary tract infections, skin eruptions, stomach pains, breast cancer, beverage
Notes: The main benefits are exerted upon the liver. Dandelion clears obstructions of the liver, speen, pancreas, gallbladder and kidneys. It aids the liver in eliminating toxins from the blood. It also has a high mineral content.
It is of tremendous benefit to the stomach and intestines. The tea treats stomach aches. In TCM this condition is considered as “liver attacking spleen-pancreas,” which refers to an imbalance of liver and pancreatic enzymes necessary for digestion. Thus it would seem that dandelion root helps to balance these enzymes necessary for digestion, assimilation, and elimination.
Serious cases of hepatitis have been rapidly cured, sometimes within a week, with dandelion root tea taken upwards of 6 cups daily with simplified diet.
Dandelion root contributes to remedying hypoglycemia, and onset diabetes, especially when combined with other herbs. Dandelion tea is one of the finest diuretics known. This dandelion tea can be taken for fluid retention, cystitis, nephritis, weight loss, and hepatitis.

Green tea
Parts Used: Young leaves and leaf buds
Energy and Flavors: mildly bitter, pleasant
Systems Affected: Liver
Biochemical Constituents: Caffeine, but less than in coffee, and tannins, the main one being epigallocatechin, which, when oxidized in black tea, tend to increase the caffeine bioavailability; flavonoids, including quercetin and kaempferol
Properties: Stimulant, diurestic, astringent
Because of the tannins in green tea, it is useful for diarrhea. The caffeine content accounts for its stimulating properties. One of the distinguishing uses of tea in contrast to coffee is the traditional one as a stimulant of thought and conversation. Coffee, on the other hand is a more powerful stimulant providing more general alertness and excitement. Perhaps this is only a tradition, or perhaps one day we will find a biological explanation for this phonomenon. Catechins, other tannins found in green tea, have been shown to have antitumor effects. This is perhaps one of the most interesting recent discoveries about green tea that will certainly encourage more widespread use and appreciation of the beverage.
Dose: 1 or 2 cups daily.
Used For: Stimulant, diarrhea, preventing cancer

It is unusual for a hot, spicy herb to have a positive effect on liver diseases but the Lebanese use it this way. Of course, one of its most obvious uses is for diarrhea and dysentery in combination with astringents. The seeds can be made to be applied to abscesses, on the forehead for headache, to nasal ulcers, for orchitis, and for rheumatism.
In India, nigella seeds are combined with various purgatives to allay the gripes and colic and also help kill and expel parasites. Middle Eastern Unani medicine affirms its abortifacient properties; it is also used as a diuretic to relieve ascites, for coughs, eye sores, hydrophobia, jaundice, paralysis, piles, and tertian fever.

Noni

Energy and Flavors: Sour, sweet, bitter
Biochemical Constituents: Various terpene compounds, L-asperuloside, aucubin, glucose, caproic and caprylic acids, Vitamin C. The leaf contains anthraquinones, glycosides, phenolic compounds, resins, B-sitosterol, urosolic acid; the flower contains acacetin 7-0-D; the fruit contains caproic and caprylic acids, essential oil, B-D-glucopyranose pentaacetate 2, asperuloside tetraacetate, glucose, ascorbic acid; the root and its bark contain alizarin, anthraquinones (morindone) carbonate, rubicholric acid, chrysophanol, soranjidol, chlororubin, phosphate, ,agnesium ferric iron, sodium glycosides, morindadiol, morindine, resins, rubiadin, sterols.
Ralph Heinicke, Ph.D., a biochemist, discovered that noni fruit contains an alkaloid precursor to a vital compound called xeronine. Xeronine is an alkaloid that the body produces to activate enzymes and generally energize the body. It has never previously been found because it is immediately used and broken down by the body. However, without it we would die, since it is basic to the utilization of proteins. Lack of it, therefore, can give rise to many diseases. Noni is considered the best source of proxerone available.
Properties: Antibacterial, antimicrobial, alterative, tonic, antiparasitic, emmenagogic, stomachic, anticancer, antiinflammatory, antiarthritic, immune tonic, antioxidant, analgesic, antihypertensive.
Noni is considered the major medicinal herb of the South Pacific. When the fruit is ripe, one will often find traditional Hawaiians picking the fruits. The leaf and leaf juice is good for various inflammations and fevers. It can be used for just about every acute and chronic disease, including such chronic respiratory conditions as tuberculosis, influenza, asthma, coughs, colds, sinusitus, and sore throat. It is also effective for digestive problems, including diarrhea, constipation, indigestion, gastric ulcers, intestinal parasites. It is also used for skin and gum diseases, including wounds, cuts, abscesses, boils, acne, burns, gingivitis and thrush. Noni uses extend to the urinary system for bladder and kidney infections, to the cardiovascular system for hypertension, and to the endocrine system for the treatment of diabetes. In fact, because of its ability to stimulate production of xeronine, Noni has been used for practically any and every condition one can think of.
Noni fruit juice extract is the most commonly available form. The best-quality noni supplements are made from the unripened green fruit. Noni should be taken on an empty stomach before meals, since stomach acids and enzymes tend to destroy the specific enzyme that liberates the xeronine compound.
Dose: Currently noni is available in juice, dried, encapsulates, and oil forms. Follow the dose indicated on the package.
Used For: Tonic for various systems of the body, the immune system, chronic respiratory systems, hypertension, diabetes, digestive weakness, diarrhea, constipation, gum disease, infections—including urinary tract infections.

Hello avocado, you are very welcome

Ok I do in the next days my first experience with kambo, I never tried it and I never seen the aplication before. I will burn on my left shoulder first time maximum three dots. or is better more in the first experience? I do it in main because of panema and my imune system.
I read that I must drink 2 litres water direct before and after the experience, is that right?.

I would say, do one dot anytime a while before the experience as an allergy test. Get a feel for the application process and the kambos effects.
Then I would apply enough for a purge. Kambo starts pulling and releasing toxins from the body. They will be reprocessed from the gastric tract back into the deeper organs with a half dose, and some will probably come out from urination and bowel movements. The protocol is to drink 1-2 liters of water beforehand, I would say 1.5-2 liters, as 1 is really not enough for an easy purge. Once applied it makes your mouth and throat feel dehydrated. Water seemed to get sucked into the deeper tissues of the body, and with only 1 liter some have real difficulty purging.

I would like to do it in the evening, alone.
I understand it so in other threads that I must do one drop water on the stick and than mix with the kambo an than roll small balls. how large must they do? I can not imagine how big?

You need more than 1 drop of water. mist or drip drops of water on to the stick and work it back and forth with a knife, scraping, scraping. It will become snottty and you separate them into balls. They only need be large enough to fit over and fill the circumference of the burn marks.

is my nutrition important the day before and after? There are food I can not eat?

to what I have to think also ?

Nutrition is not particularly important the day before, or after.
Eating healthier of course is beneficial but not something I worry too much about.
After 6 hours of water fasting and application of kambo, the purge should be deep.
You will usually notice the taste of the purge is unlike other vomits, and will taste like very bitter battery acid.
This is a deeper cleanse than other things that may cause vomiting.

Eating healthier after the experience I would recommend. It will help enhance and extend the benefit from kambo.

I am really excited and I have a little fear. I never had fear before aya, but before kambo I have.

It is important to have trust in the medicine. Kambo is not psychedelic like ayahuasca is and you will remain sober.
The most difficult part in my experience is right before the purging.
It's a kind of shitty and helpless state but is over quickly at which point purging feels pretty good.
It will test you, but will not last long.

I also recommend burning smudge before and after, and during if you'd like.
Traditionally used plants are White sage, Sweetgrass, Cedar, Palo Santo, Wormwood or Tobacco tho I am against commercial tobacco products.
Make sure to scrape the dead skin off the burns.
Misting already applied kambo will help more of the medicine leech into the body as well, this may be done after the first strong wave of effect subsides.
The kambo balls can also be turned in place so that another side of the ball contacts the skin, tho I find this to be a pain in the ass, as the kambo balls tend to fall off and out of place.
Whole new kambo balls can be applied to already made burns, and this will be stronger, as if you made entire new burns.
