Diet before and after / Go to the sauna after Kambo!

Rest after the treatment, then go to the sauna (even when you don´t want to) and sweat out the toxins. I think that this is very important. You can eliminate a lot of toxins over the skin. My sweat smelled like the purge :)

Would love to hear about your experience with sauna after Kambo.
