Who can and can't do Kambo? / kambo after cartilage implant in the knee surgery 6 years ago

i want to do kambo but i read that its very dangerous for people with Implants.
6 years ago i did knee surgery , cartilage implant - very complicated procedure.
somebody know if its safe for me ?
