Can you take Kambo twice in one month? How long is it recommended to wait in between sessions?

Sure, that's not a big deal. Just listen to your body. If your seeking more healing and cleansing go for it. If you feel you need a break and rest from it, do that. they're people who have done it a lot more than that. some have done 3x in 3 hours.
