Title: post-kambo and hot/cold water on fresh scars?

Later this month I'm planning on self-applicating kambo. At the same time, half-a-week after that point, I had plans on being at a hot springs, and using the water (including potentially the very cold and the very hot pools). Is there a conflict here with either the physical open wounds being exposed to the water, or just unpleasant sensations for myself?

No, there is no issue with this.
Enjoy the experience and the health benefits of the natural springs.  ;)
