Application / Application of kambo by using sandpaper.
« on: December 03, 2013, 03:40:12 PM »
Kambo can be applied on the skin without making a burn mark. You can use relatively fine sandpaper(P120/125µm grit size) to rub a bit on the skin, then apply the kambo on that. Don't rub until you start bleeding as that makes it less effective. Try to make the area relatively small, no more than 1 cm in diameter. I find that by making it too big, the area will swell up much more than compared to smaller areas.

Application / Concentrating kambo into a liquid
« on: December 03, 2013, 03:36:39 PM »
Hi.

A while back I experimented with concentrating kambo, so I could could apply it with fewer burn marks.
Kambo is extraordinarily resilient to heat, and it will not degrade even at 200 C / 392 F in the oven.

I put 10 dots in a shotglass with 7ml of water. I kept the oven at 200C for 30 minutes. By that time it had reduced to 0.5 ml. I sucked it all into a 1 ml syringe, and applied 1 drop, which is about 0.05ml, or the equivalent of 1 dot. It seemed to be as strong or stronger than 1 normal dot would be.

You could probably reduce it further, giving you a much more potent liquid, then just apply 1 burn mark. And you could keep it in the syringe, making it easy to reapply.

General Discussion / Hyperventilation.

When I take kambo I have a tendency to hyperventilate. It's like I am jogging really fast and need air to keep up. Is this normal?

General Discussion / What is too much?
« on: April 23, 2012, 02:18:03 AM »
Just wondered how deep can I go with kambo without worrying about my health. My last and strongest application so far I reached a point were my lips got numbed and my eyes were bloodshot. No swelling in my face though. My forearms and head was covered in sweat. That was with 7 dots. It lasted about 20 minutes.
