How do the Katukina do so many dots?

(1/2) > >>

Kambogahuasca Panacea:
Does anyone know how on earth the Katukina people that use Kambo more than any other culture, how do they do so much Kambo all at once?  They say they can do over 100 dots at a time and I really can't fathom this possibility.  Right now I have been stuck on 11 dots for some time and everytime it seems to get harder and harder bringing me what feels like near to death's door.  So I just can't figure out how they could possibly be so hardcore.

I wonder if anyone has any ideas on this.  I can provide references on how many they do at one time if needed.

I know they talk about it in that Current TV version called Vanguard in the episode called "Elixer of the Toxic Frog"

i think that the more kambo you take, you do build up a tolerance if you do multiple sessions, take kambo regularly or push your doses.
seeing how Giovanni uses quite thin sticks for the points, it has made me think that you can really fine tune your dose and it will heal quicker with less scarring.

I saw this film too and couldn't believe what the guy was saying - 132 dots in one session!

I can only think that Lovelightpower is right in that they use smaller points and build up tolerance.  These guys have been doing it for decades whereas we have only been doing it for a few months.  Just some thought, nothing concrete.  Until this medecine has been studied, it's guesswork and experimentation.

^^ That definitely makes sense.  Does anyone know if pregnant mothers partake in kambo ceremonies?  If so, that would have an impact on her baby before it was born.  This kind of stuff can be passed on (immunity/tolerance, etc) from the mother.

Also, even if the mother didn't take kambo during pregnancy this can still be passed on genetically since both her and the father had probably been doing kambo their whole lives, which will definitely affect the genetics of the offspring.

Firstly, is important to note that dots can mean different things depending on the size. people often say ..."I had 10 dots" but that actually means very little - it depends on the size of the dots! You can have 10 small dots - like Giovannis thin incense sticks or you can have 10 large dots - which will be three to four times the size! It also depends how well you load the dots too and how close to the heart you place them. We need to be more specific when discussing this i think.

The katukina use medium sized dots but they have been usung kambo since they were children so they've built up their strength with it. If you take 1 or 2 more dots each time, this can happen slowly over a period of 20-30 years. More kambo = more strength and more strength = more kambo! I take around 36 medium sized dots in a session now, spread across my feet, lower legs upper arms and back. You have to go through death's door sometimes!!

Kambo should not be used by pregnant women. It contains a powerful vasodilator which could cause spontaneous abortion. Kambo has been used by some tribes to bring on abortion in unwanted pregnancies so we know that this is the case. It also shouldn't be taken by breastfeeding mothers until the child is eating a good amount of solids as it can reduce the milk flow too.

Mothers that have a good immune system prior to pregnancy will pass their immunity onto their children and then the children start having their own kambo around 2 years old in the katukina at least.
