Hi everyone :)

I just had my basic kambo ceremony yesterday for the first time. I had five points close to the heart. It was not as uncomfortable as i expected. A mellow smooth journey with a few minutes where i probably felt i need no more. Today morning i started noticing the differences. All i can say is Viva kambo for the lucid dreams and the insight. Hope to explore more. I love how it just keeps reminding me to honour the vehicle subtly.
