Who can and can't do Kambo? / 70 year old healthy woman with high bloodpressure

Hello I am new here, a 70 year old woman , healthy , only high blood pressure, wants to have kambo for 1st time.
She is on meds called EXFORGE 5mg/160mg once a day.
how safe is it to apply kambo with high blood pressure? and those meds. should they be stopped or not?
please advice is highly appreciated.
