ORMES monoatomic elements and minerals

ORMES - orbitally rearranged monoatomic elements

I've recently started getting into the importance of supplemental monoatomic minerals, available in many different forms. Shilajit is one way of getting lots of minerals as well as fulvic and humic acid which allow you to absorb nutrients and expel toxins more efficently from a cellular level. The monoatomic minerals are in a form that your body can absorb. I've read that while minerals are a about 5% of your body's mass they dictate something like 95% of your biochemistry....something like that. There is significantly less mineral content in our food than there ever has been, I forget the exact factor but the ppm of minerals in our food as dropped dramatically since even the 70s. Thoughts? Experiences?

I personally love the stuff and can feel it helping almost right away.
