Ypadu other name for Mambe

Perfect recipe can replace quinoa ash with other high alkaline veggies.

10% of ashes says that paper.
I was conviced  more was needed, at least in my trials.
What do you think ?

For high alkaline vegetable ashes I agree with 10%, but it's much stronger that baking soda.  To make a salt out of the ashes to get pure alkaline minerals I'd assume you'd need even less.
