Acetic Acid in Vinegar Kills Mesothelioma Cells
Research shows acetic acid, the main ingredient in vinegar, rapidly kills mesothelioma cancer cells when applied directly to tumors.

Anticancer impacts of potentially probiotic acetic acid bacteria isolated from traditional dairy microbiota

Highlights
• The Acetobacter indonesiensis and Acetobacter syzygii, isolated respectively from yogurt and curd, displayed favorable probiotic properties.
• The anticancer effect of the A. syzygii secretions was observed higher than A. indonesiensis on treated cancer cell lines.
• The anticancer bioactivity of A. syzygii secretions was interestingly similar to Taxol as the most famous anticancer drug.
• The A. syzygii secretions did not show the significant cytotoxic effects on human normal cells in in vitro condition.

"It’s widely known that olive oil has many health benefits, but only recently have scientists learned that important therapeutic attributes of olive oil are mediated by the endocannabinoid system.

Mauro Maccarone, a scientist at the University of Teramo, Italy, was aware of reports in the scientific literature that identified the cannabinoid receptor known as “CB-1” as a protein molecule able to control tumor growth in colon cancer. He set out to investigate whether olive oil conferred an anti-cancer effect by influencing CB-1 receptor expression."

“We found that olive oil, in particular the phenolic components of olive oil, can reactivate CB-1 expression. By adding olive oil to an animal’s diet, we can restore a normal CB-1 receptor level that will protect cells against cancer,”

You're a trooper. I believe you should be totally fine. Never had any reasons to think otherwise.
Discontinue if you develop any concerning side-effects. Let us know how it progresses.  :)

Deep breathing oxygenates the body, which in turn alkalinizes the acidity of the body.

Kox, and his adviser, physician and study co-author Peter Pickkers, also at Radboud University Medical Center, invited Hof to their lab to investigate how he would react to their standard inflammation test. It involves exposure to a bacterial toxin, made by Escherichia coli, to induce temporary fever, headache and shivering.

To Kox’s surprise, Hof’s response to the toxin was milder than that of most people — he had less severe flu-like symptoms, for example, and lower levels of inflammatory proteins in his blood.

Next came the latest study, which included 24 volunteers. Half of them traveled to Poland to undergo Hof’s training program, which included swimming in frigid water and lying bare-chested in the snow, as well as breathing and meditation exercises. The recruits returned to the Netherlands and underwent the inflammation test, performing their breathing exercises as they received their toxin injections. The other 12 volunteers underwent the test without any training.

On average, recruits who underwent training by Hof reported fewer flu-like symptoms than those who did not. Trained recruits also produced lower amounts of several proteins associated with inflammation, and higher levels of an inflammation-fighting protein called interleukin-10.

Kox suspects that the breathing techniques were the biggest contributor to suppressing inflammatory responses. Thirty minutes after starting the breathing exercises — but before the toxin had been injected — trained participants began to produce more adrenaline, a hormone involved in stress and immune responses.

Thanks again to share articles like these, I have come across.
Then I went to find out more about this story from it.

Thank you, I'm very glad to hear it.

The recent study is titled ‘A high-throughput chemical screen reveals that harmine-mediated inhibition of DYRK1A increases human pancreatic beta cell replication’. Researchers at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai screened over 100,000 potential drugs, and only harmine drove human insulin-producing beta cells to multiply. This could be a significant stepping stone in the treatment of diabetes, a disease that effects hundreds of thousands of people.

A summary of the study and comments by lead research Andrew Stewart, MD, can be found at Science Daily.

This paper shows that vasicine and derivatives have the following properties:

* Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity
* Genoprotectivity (DNA protection)
* Hepatoprotective activity (liver protection)
* Antitussive and bronchodilatory activity
* Muscle stimulant activity (smooth muscle - uterus, trachea)
* Abortifacient activity (pregnant women beware!)
* Anti-diabetic activity
* Anticestodal activity (kills off intestinal parasites)
* Antileishmanial activity (protects against certain protozoa)
* Anti-helminthic activity (kills off parasitic worms)
* Anti-bacterial activity: anti-mycobacterial activity
* Anti-ulcer activity

Orexin, also called hypocretin, is a neurotransmitter that regulates arousal, wakefulness, and appetite.
Quote
Nicotine activates orexin neurons. (R)

Nicotine increases both Orexin A and B and ALSO increases orexin receptors.  Chronic exposure seems to have better effects.

Specifically, it increases the levels of orexin A in the dorsomedial hypothalamic nucleus (DMH) and orexin B in the DMH and paraventricular nucleus (PVN) among the six hypothalamic regions that were examined. (R)

In addition, long term nicotine usage increases the orexin receptors (R), which will make you more sensitive to a given amount of orexin.

In addition, nicotine and orexin excite the same synapses of the arousal pathway within the prefrontal cortex (thalamocortical). (R)  So in addition to increasing orexin, it increases wakefulness independently by activating the same neural pathways.

Nicotine addiction depends, in part, on leptin and orexin (R) and in particular orexin-1 receptors in the lateral hypothalamus.  The increase in orexin seems very significant with regard to nicotine addiction.  Withdrawal causes an increase orexin to drive you to consume nicotine.  (R)

If you’re thin and experience significant fatigue in the day, it’s likely that you have low levels of both orexin and leptin, so addiction is less likely for you – or will be less severe.

And if you do become addicted, at least it will increase wakefulness at the same time, so it’s not actually so bad.

General Discussion / Re: First Time w/Kambo
« on: August 10, 2016, 02:51:29 AM »
Thanks for sharing.  You used dragon's blood to smudge/ cleanse the space? I've never heard of it used for that. It is used on the skin after it is burn, cut, abrased. It forms a bandage/scab that is flexible and soft. It works way better than a bandage for small abrasions  So it is to be used after you've done kambo. Wash and dry the area than put a drop on the point.

That is intense that you went for rape, sananga, and kambo in one session. But I do recommend you do at least 3 points, assuming that your points aren't really big. You really want to purge in some way. The burping you experienced is a form of purging, but you also want a physical purge. Kambo pulls toxins from deep in the body and pulls them into the elimination passageways. If you don't purge they will be re-processed and expelled through feces and urine at later points, but some will end up back in the body

Keep in mind that kambo is much more intense when you are sick. Hope this helps.

Keep up the good work! Warrior medicine is just what you need after all that you've been through.

Take care.  ;)
